Q: How does this process work?
A: It's very easy. Just complete the inquire form on the web site and we will contact you to discuss the property. If it appears to be a win-win situation, we will schedule a time to visit your home. Once your property has been evaluated and we agree on terms, we can move to closing.

Q: Can you really provide cash in 48 hours?
A: In many cases where there are no outstanding liens we can close in 48 business hours, but every case is different. The speed in which the transaction takes place is a function of the homeowner, the current mortgage holder(s), any liens or judgements on the property, and third-party vendors. Our goal is to close as quickly as possible. 

Q: Do you pay Fair Market Value?
A: In most cases where repairs or maintenence is need to bring the property to marketable condition, we will provide a competitive offer based upon the property's condition.
